It all began when I was twelve and my mother bought me Abbey Road by The Beatles. What followed was a teenage obsession with the music of the ’60s and ’70s – countless evenings spent with headphones on, trying to capture the riffs of Harrison, Hendrix, and Clapton.

 

As I grew older, my love for the blues drew me closer to its roots, discovering heroes like Robert Johnson, Doc Watson, and the three Kings – B.B., Albert, and Freddie.

 

Now, more than fifteen years later, I’m living out a dream as the frontman of Eric & The Claptones, performing the timeless songs of Slowhand himself alongside an exceptional group of musicians who share the same passion for the music that started it all.
